“The truth hit hard: to be all in for the good stuff in life, I needed to learn where to be All Out “
“It all began with a moment of clarity after a conversation with a friend. I realized that my relentless pursuit of success, my need to be all in, was actually breaking me.”
The story of how I’m All Out came to be, from our founder, Helen McKeon...
In late 2016, my doctor’s words hit like a ton of bricks: “I’ve never seen anyone’s adrenal levels so low. You’re burning out.” On the outside, I seemed to have it all right —yoga, meditation, thriving at work, going to therapy and enjoying a great personal life. On the inside, I was perpetually exhausted. My blood work results made sense, but how the hell was I supposed to fix this when I was already “doing all the right things”?
I’m All Out was born from a moment of clarity during a conversation with a friend. I realized that my relentless pursuit of success, my need to be all in, was actually breaking me. The truth hit hard: to be all in for the good stuff in life, I needed to learn where to be All Out.
At 42, I am determined to reclaim my energy and connection to what matters most. I’ve made some progress, but I know I can’t do this alone.
If you’ve ever felt the crushing weight of burnout, if you’ve pushed yourself to the brink trying to be everything for everyone, you’re not alone. You don’t have to keep sacrificing your well-being for your never ending pursuit of more.
This is your invitation to join a community built movement that’s about more than just doing less—it’s about living more. It’s about reconnecting with what truly matters.
If you believe in creating a life that’s well-lived, in rediscovering your joy, your connections, and your peace, then it’s time. It’s time to join I’m All Out.
Let’s do this together. Your future self, and nervous system, will thank you.
